Remember, your a Human BEing, not a Human Doing, this is the highest wisdom. Just Be people, just be.
It sure is!
Other than France, Greece has captured my heart.Although any land mass from the sea looks beautiful. Except Vietnam, that just has rubbish ever where.
A very informative comment re VietNam, Sol. Didn't know that.I've only been to Greece once, and that was 2 weeks, all in Athens, in 1970 - then under military rule, of course. On one of our few excursions out of the city I do recall the sea as being amazingly blue, more than I'd ever seen before, anywhere. I bet and hope that it hasn't changed much.
Hi Rayit isn't nice when sailing and the sea is full of plastic bags food wrappers and crap really. the oil slicks all over were horrid also.If you eat from the sea, respect it. like the country side, leave nothing behind. In Greece we saw dolphins ever time we went. I felt obliged if we saw something in the water to get the net and pull it in.If you can manage to go to Greece again do a couple of days sailing the coast. You can sleep in a hotel at night. Pretend you are Jason and the Argonauts!Heres some inspiration to go http://www.thelondoner.me/2013/07/kalimera-good-morning-greece.htmlit makes me want to go to Greece
Clouds in you coffeeYou're so vainXx
hey John!I probably think this song is about me! lol
Thanks, Sol.I've heard similar stories about the rubbish (and worse) fouling parts of the Venetian canals. But that's somewhere else where I've never been - or to Italy at all, in fact.
